Ancient Emerald Lily (Medium Caffeine)

Harvested from Yunnan’s old growth forest tea trees. Emerald Lily has a brisk, fresh flavor that is well balanced with aromatic notes of wildflowers and toasted pine nut. Green tea from Yunnan’s old growth trees contains a higher content of polyphenols and natural tea antioxidants than other green teas.

Green Tea (Medium Caffeine)
Extreme Health's brand of Green Tea has been laboratory tested to be free of pesticides, herbicides, and heavy metals – but more importantly, each brewing provides a surprisingly refreshing drink that is rich in antioxidant polyphenols.

Yun Wu (Medium Caffeine)
Also known as Mist and Cloud tea, this tea is harvested in an altitude smothered in clouds, which rarely sees beyond the surface mist. One can only image the characteristics this must play on the growers cultivating in this mystical environment. We like to think that this climate plays a role in the unique characteristics transferred in each steeping of our yun wu. We selected this green tea because of its light pleasant flavor with a slight sweetness in the finish. It brews a light golden jade colored infusion.

Gunpowder (Medium Caffeine)
Cultivated in the Pingshui region of northern China’s Zheijiang province, the motherland of gunpowder tea. Tender, young organic fair trade green tea leaves, rolled into small spheres resembling gunpowder, produce a grassy infusion with a slightly smoky flavor. A deeply renewing pick-me-up any time of day. About $0.27/cup

This “champagne of teas” is a first flush tea which brews a pink, light amber color, fresh floral and apple-like character, with a slightly astringent finish.
